She's riding down the wave lengths in my mind
Curving trailing dripping wine
Sipping slower now I'm drunk
Drawing blanks with eyes sewn shut
She’s breaking down the walls up in your head
Waking rolling in your bed
Slipping slowly now your dosed
How many to take you home
Oh what’s the magic number
To wake you from your slumber
She's riding down the wave lengths in my mind
Curving trailing bleeding wine
That’s just the way that these things go
What will it take to fade in chromes
Oh what’s the magic number
To wake you from your slumber

Life Is Passing Me By

Life is tryna pass me by
Summer nights, and long ass rides
Still out tripping with ma friends
(But it ends)
Gone in the yard
and in smoked out cars
Why is letting go so fucking hard
Time is changing grinding moving on
Everything sounds so simply strange not like it did yesterday's
Life is just gone
The question to live to die
I can’t identify
With either school of thought
I was sure but now I’m not
and [Life is tryna pass me by]
Spending days is just that
Time past you'll never get back
You cannot stand you cannot think
objectively and that’s the thing
Time crises fade
While all our hair turns gray
Someone else was living my life
so it’s not fair I’ll be the one to die

Things Are Hard Enough

Things are hard enough
When you think this much
But I can pass the time
I’ll go post online
Things are brief enough
When you smoke this much
But things just drag along
I’ll pretend I’m wrong
Suburbia's a blur
While I danced with her
People moved away
Memories went grey
Views are nice enough
Should I care this much?
Amber lights in dark
But all I see are sparks
Suburbia's a blur
But while I danced with her
People moved away
Memories went grey
Things are hard enough
When you think this much
But I can pass the time
I’m fine

Goodbye To The Goodnight
We can stand in the doorway
Just ahead of dawn
Singing: "goodbye to the goodnight”
While someone else lives our life
We can crumble worn
Singing: "goodbye to the goodnight”
Goodbye to the goodnight
Grasping at you I’m feeling now heartless
Falling and sliding throughout the darkness
(Singing: "goodbye to the goodnight”
Goodbye to the goodnight)
And on the other side I find you and pick up a mic
Asking: “What was that like?”
“What did it feel like?”
(Singing: "goodbye to the goodnight”
Goodbye to the goodnight)

Gram Ash Nashville, Tennessee
In a small bedroom, somewhere in the suburbs of Nashville, armed with a laptop and surrounded by synths, guitars and a drum
kit 20 year old Wyatt Whit crafts the musical ideas that become Gram Ash. The sounds you hear are recorded, mixed and mastered on a warm bed under a sunny window. These songs are created with the hope that some of that sun gets to you too.
~Much Love,
Wyatt
